Shane grew up in San Diego, CA and joined the Air Force when he was 17. After traveling the world for 20 years, he and his family decided to retire in Tucson, AZ. With a background in logistics & operations, Shane held a few different positions before becoming Mary’s Executive Assistant and Office Manager in 2021. As he learned more about the industry by Mary’s side, it became an obvious decision for him to become a licensed advisor. He managed to pass the exams for his SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 before taking a brief hiatus from the firm in 2025. Shane is now handling major projects behind the scenes to help grow the firm and maintain momentum toward Mary’s long-term goals.
Shane a gearhead at heart, and he is married to Noel, also an Air Force veteran who now teaches STEAM classes at a local elementary school. Their son Quinlan recently graduated from the U of A and is now a lieutenant in the Air Force, and their daughter Lauren is currently studying Environmental Science at the U of A.
